As of 2016, homosexual acts are legal in Seychelles. Anti-discrimination laws also exist, and as a tourist visitor, your gender identity and sexual orientation will be of little or no interest to anyone. Some sensitivity should be practiced, particularly in rural areas as some still find this culturally taboo. Regardless of orientation, a little discretion at sites of antiquity and during day to day travel will ensure you feel safe and welcome in Seychelles.
